Hi bookworms and happy Wednesday! Today I wanted to share with you all some of my favourite bookish quotes! All of these quotes are from some of my favourite books! I've made little aesthetic images to match each of the quotes, I hope you enjoy it! "Every locked door has a key. Every problem has a solution." I absolutely love the Warcross duology by Marie Lu. It has an amazing storyline and beautiful setting. Emika is very inspiring and I love her bravery and determination. "Break my heart. Break it a thousand times if you like. It was only ever yours to break anyway." This quote is from The One, the third book in Kiera Cass's Selection series. Maxon Schreave says this to America and I thought it was beautiful! "If my life is going to mean anything, then I have to live it myself." As many of you know, the Percy Jackson series is one of my favourite series of all time. There's so much depth and character growth that I adore. This quote really stuck with me! "Where her books were, she was. Get the books right and the rest will follow." This is from Truly Devious and I think it speaks to every bookworm's heart! "I sought to puncture heaven and instead discovered hell." This quote definitely sums up The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein! It's dark and creepy which definitely matched the dark academia/ dark vibes in the book. "Roses have both petals and thorns, my dark flower. You needn't believe something weak because it appears delicate."
This is from Stalking Jack the Ripper and it definitely reminds me of Audrey Rose. I love how strong of a character she is and how invested she is in her passions and studies. That's all the quotes I have to share with you today! I had a lot of fun putting this post together so I'll definitely be making a part 2! What are some of your favourite bookish quotes? Let me know in the comments below!

March is officially over bookworms! In March I read a total of 7 books! I'm guessing that April won't be a very productive reading month because of exams but I'm excited to see what it has in store! In this wrap up I'll be providing a few of my thoughts on each book and some quotes if any stood out to me while reading. I will also be sharing my star rating out of 5.
Favourite Book This Month
My favourite book of the month was definitely A Good Girl's Guide to Murder! This is now one of my favourite books of all time! It was such an enjoyable read and I related to Pip so much! That's all for my March wrap up bookworms! How many books did you read this month? Which was your favourite? Let me know in the comments below! |
